Strength Training -- strengthens muscles through the use of weights, calisthenics, resistance bands.
Cardiovascular Training -- works the most important muscle in the body, your heart. Includes jump roping, boxing, biking, elliptical, treadmill, plyometrics.
Balance/Flexibility/Stability Training -- essential to activities of daily living and provided in each training session.
Yoga -- each session will end with 10 minutes of yoga combined with stretching.
