![]() Jane Folz began her fitness career at 13 years of age, when she realized the benefits of exercise and proper nutrition. While most teenagers spent time in the malls, Jane spent her time exercising. Jane, a mother of four, has always kept herself fit through exercise. She is a graduate of the Fitness Instructor Training program at McHenry County College and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine. Jane also holds a degree as a Cancer Exercise Specialist. Jane and her four children live in Northern Illinois and spend their free time exercising, camping, boating, biking, running, good old fashioned playing and enjoying family time together. Jane believes that to successfully progress through the trials of life, one must challenge their mind, body, and soul to secure a feeling of wellness. Jane's goal is to get and keep people motivated to make deliberate lifestyle changes relative to their personal responsibilities for optimal enhancement of physical, mental, and spiritual health, equaling complete wellness. Jane's training method is generally functional. Functional training is fun and will enhance your ability to perform everyday life activities better. Jane gives no ordinary workout. |
